As founder of Capital Access, Inc., he has over 35 years experience in financing all forms of commercial real estate including residential, retail, office, industrial, health care, and land development. He also raises private and institutional equity for placement in complex commercial transactions. His expertise in real estate began in 1971 as manager of Fairfield Realty; a residential brokerage firm located on Newbury Street in Back Bay. He then became president of Bay Associates Realtors, Inc., a full service residential real estate company that specialized in management and brokerage. During the late 70’s and early 80’s he began purchasing and rehabilitating Back Bay properties under the name Triad Development. In 1987 he became a partner in Leatherbee Mortgage and Development Company specializing in condominium conversions and commercial mortgage brokerage. Since 1996 his focus has been commercial debt and equity. Under his tenure Capital Access, Inc. has placed over $900 million in commercial debt and equity. Mr. Winer is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Ronald T. Kitchton

Ronald Kitchton serves as Managing Director and has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1979. He has experience in debt arrangement in excess of $1.5 billion and has arranged numerous joint ventures. His sales record includes a total that exceeds $1.25 billion worth of income properties. He represents select developers and tenants coordinating joint ventures, arranging institutional and private equity and the financing and sale of projects. He founded Sunbelt Capital Advisors and remains a managing member. He served as a regional sales manager with Koll Management Services, a division of the Koll Company, overseeing sales, leasing, mortgage brokerage and development services in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Koll Management Services managed in excess of 200 million square feet of commercial space at the time that division was sold to CBRE in 1997. He also served as manager of commercial mortgage banking and investment property services with Coldwell Banker URS and held the positions of Vice President and Regional Manager with Chemical Mortgage Corporation, a division of Chemical Bank. He was general manager of Chelsea Moore Company as well as Vice President and Co-Director of income property syndication with Ostendorf Morris Company.

Mr. Kitchton received his BS Degree from The Ohio State University and continued his advanced studies at Bowling Green University and Wright State University.

Burt joined Capital Access in 2018. Prior to that Burt was part of a family steel business which he sold in 2006 and for whom he managed its construction industry division. In 2007, he joined Wyman Street Advisors, a boutique full-service real estate firm, as a Director. His responsibilities included providing real estate advisory services including brokerage, investment sales, and property management and consulting services to their 3 Million Square foot portfolio. In 2011 he joined Equitable Real Estate Services as a Vice President, where he focused on tenant representation and business development. Burt also served as Senior Advisor in the Boston office of SVN International, a large national full service commercial real estate firm. In addition to providing the full range of brokerage services, he was also responsible for sourcing both on and off market real estate investment opportunities to the firm’s high net worth clientele. Most recently, Burt was a Partner in Property Management and Leasing at Front Point Management, a commercial real estate investment and management firm focused on office, flex, industrial and retail property. In his current role at Capital Access, Burt is responsible for sourcing new business and expanding Capital Access’s reach nationwide.

Rick Archambault joined Capital Access as Managing Director to assist with linking investment real estate borrowers with institutional lenders, private lenders, credit companies and life companies locally, regionally and nationally with lending needs of $5MM to $50MM.

Over the years Rick has developed a strong platform of professional collaborative resources in the areas of real estate law, environmental assessment, real estate appraisal and real estate brokerage to assist in properly evaluating and structuring complex real estate transactions. Rick comes to Capital Access with nearly 40 years of community banking experience in structuring and financing all forms of commercial real estate including SBA 504 acquisitions, retail strip centers, office, industrial, marinas, flagged hotels, ground leased transactions and residential and commercial construction projects throughout Eastern Massachusetts and the Cape. Mr. Archambault is also the Principal and Manager of Arch Capital Advisory LLC providing financial consulting, credit and advisory services for small business clients and local investment real estate owners.

Rick is the graduate of Plymouth State University and formally credit trained through the American Bankers Association and the University of Oklahoma Commercial Credit program and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Harrison Piper

Harrison Piper graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University in 2021, with a double major in Business and Economics. Shortly after graduation, Harrison went to work as a real estate agent with an Industrial Brokerage Company. In that capacity Harrison assisted property owners, investors, developers, and businesses with their real estate needs. In Harrison’s first year of real estate, he accomplished over six million dollars in industrial sale transactions and headed numerous property lease negotiations. He has represented national and international clients in more than five states. Following his early career accomplishments, in 2023, Harrison established Terrier Development LLC, a commercial and residential development company. Harrisons wide range of experience has given him the propensity to remain calm and focused on the task at hand. His professional demeanor, multiple perspectives, and his ability to analyze many aspects of the transaction enable him to ably serve his clients.

Marks career in commercial real estate spans 40+ years starting as an internal auditor for a national bank to more recently certified appraiser, full service commercial broker and capital advisor. In 1979, he began his career with Wachovia Bank as an internal auditor performing all aspects of retail and corporate operational and credit reviews, investigations, and merger functions in WNC and North Carolina. In 1982, he advanced to a regional position overseeing credit review functions that included packaging and approval authority for service branches in WNC before leaving Wachovia in 1984 to form a regional appraisal company.

For 30+ years, his appraisal firm performed thousands of service assignments for high net worth individuals and commercial clients involving land development projects, value impact studies (rezoning and CU permitting), utility and highway condemnations, feasibility, litigation expert testimony and special asset disposition valuations for federal and state agencies. Mark joined Sunbelt Capital Advisors in 2009 and provides financial consulting and advisory services for Corporate, Government and Hospitality clientele with focus on the structuring of private debt and equity for purposes of acquisition, monetization, sale/leaseback or disposition.

He maintains an NC broker’s license concentrating on retail, office, industrial and hospitality real estate. Mark’s business skills and multi-faceted background serves clients well by providing unique financing perspective during the acquisition, hold and disposition stage of real estate. Whether user, small or institutional investor, he seeks value-add opportunities for clients through assemblage, adaptive reuse and/or creative financial restructuring.

Mark graduated from Western Carolina University in 1978 earning his BSBA as a finance major. He holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, a General Certified appraiser certification in NC, and active NC broker’s license. He has been an active commercial and residential NC broker since 1978 and resides in Asheville, NC.

Jim Koster joined Sunbelt Capital Advisors as a district manager in Ohio in 2012. Prior to this Jim held the positions of Vice President and Partner at Coldwell Banker United Realty Services in Ohio, where he focused on local and national assignments involving property acquisitions and dispositions, financial analysis, and lease negotiations. Concurrently he was the managing partner at Koster Investment Group, a real estate investment and property management organization focused mainly on multifamily properties and which he founded in 1989.

Jim has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1990, as both an investor and a broker. Jim has overseen a family portfolio of multifamily properties and numerous light industrial properties in the Midwest.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Ohio State University, where he was also a member of The Ohio State University Student Investment Management Program. Jim is currently pursuing a Masters in Finance, and is a CCIM candidate. 
Brian Sampson

Based in Miami, FL, Brian Sampson has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 2015. As a licensed broker and national consultant, he has been involved in multi-million-dollar transactions in sales, leasing, and SBA financing. In addition, he has experience in site location for national brand name retailers throughout Florida.

As a Site Selection Consultant with Sunbelt Capital Advisors, Brian leads the site selection effort working with national name brand corporations, assisting them in identifying new store locations throughout south Florida. Brian also heads-up the Mergers and Acquisitions business brokerage effort for Schools for Sale, Inc., working with Pre-K, K-12 and post-secondary private school owners and operators in identifying and financing for expansion of current campus operations or land acquisition and new site construction.

Brian served as Director of Business Development at American High School and project managed the site selection process and facility opening for six (6) charter schools. He has developed an in-depth network of commercial real estate brokers, financial lenders, business brokers, and school owners and operators throughout Florida, and the country.
